Seems like angry doc is not the only disturbed by the letter discussed in yesterday's post.

this is one of those topics which, like so many others in medicine, seems to have no clear answer. reminds me of the first episode of House season 2, where the patient (a death row prisoner played by LL Cool J) was diagnosed with an adrenaline-secreting tumour that may have caused him to commit the murders he was sentenced to death for. to what degree can we attribute crimes to mental insanity?
